Elective Posting is largely an experiential learning where a student picks his/her own field of interest to be further explored. Hands-on training in the field of interest allows deeper insight to the working environment, work culture and ethics, discipline and team communication to achieve work’s goals and objectives.
Student will be assigned to a supervisor by the institution he/she chooses for the purpose of supervision and assessment.
