The Medical Students’ Club (MSC) of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FPSK), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) successfully organised Medinova’25 on 8 October 2025 at the faculty premises in Nilai.
Themed “A Celebration of Innovation, Knowledge, and the Spirit of Medicine,” the event brought together medical students, faculty members, and healthcare professionals for a day filled with interactive exhibitions, creative showcases, and meaningful discoveries. The event aimed to nurture curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration among the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Throughout the day, participants explored various student-led exhibitions and research displays featuring medical innovations, digital health concepts, community health initiatives, and creative educational projects. The atmosphere was lively and engaging as students demonstrated how science, compassion, and creativity intersect in shaping the future of healthcare.
Faculty members and visitors praised the initiative for its emphasis on hands-on learning, teamwork, and problem-solving, reflecting USIM’s mission of integrating knowledge, values, and innovation in medical education.
Medinova’25 concluded with renewed enthusiasm among participants to continue exploring innovative ideas and contributing meaningfully to the medical profession. The event not only showcased student talent but also reinforced the importance of innovation and collaboration in advancing the spirit of modern medicine.
